Kenneth N. Johnson was born in Madison, Wisconsin. He possesses a BV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. His practice areas include Business and Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Criminal law. Ken is Florida Bar Board Certified in Business Litigation Law. He is a Senior Litigation attorney with Rutherford Mulhall, P.A. practicing in the Palm Beach Gardens office.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, in 1982, to The Florida Bar in 1995, to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 1996, and to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida, in 1997.

Ken graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A., 1978) and earned his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law (J.D. with Distinction, 1982). He was a member of Delta Theta Phi, a member of the North Dakota Law Review and the North Dakota Moot Court Association, and he was a Recipient of the Delta Theta Phi James Baine Scholarship.

From 1985 to 1986, he was a Special Assistant United States Attorney, Eastern District of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, for the President's Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force.

Ken is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Palm Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (Treasurer, 2005 - 2011; Board of Directors, 2002 - 2011), Palm Beach County Bar Association (Member: Commercial and Business Litigation Committee, 2004 - 2005 and 2008 - 2009; Chair of the Commercial and Business Litigation CLE Committee, 2006 - 2007 and Committee Member, 2010 - 2011; Construction Law CLE Committee, 2010 - 2011; Chair of the Construction Law CLE Committee 2010; Civil Practice Committee, 2006 - 2007; Criminal Law Committee, 2004 - 2005, 2007 - 2008; Real Estate CLE Committee, 2008 - 2009). Ken also serves on the Board of Directors of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association (2006 - 2012). He is a past member of the Florida Public Defender Association (Instructor and Lecturer in the Area of Civil Commitment, 2002 - 2003), a past member of the Kiwanis Club of Central Palm Beach County (Past President), current member of the Kiwanis Club of Palm Beach Gardens (Board of Directors, 2004 - 2006), and is active in the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce.
